I grew up on a small beautiful island, Bornholm, located in the far east of Denmark. Music is a big part of the culture life on the island, and I got to be a part of it at different events. During my 3 years of Danish gymnasium (high school), I studied music and also got accepted in a 3 year preparation course for the conservatory. That gave me a chance to explore many different musical genres, expand my musical understanding and practice playing and arranging with other musicians.
Today I mainly use my piano and drumming skills in church and occasionally at smaller concerts, events or projects like the ones arranged by Necessary Kuriosity.
Joel is a very versatile musician with a very natural ‘feel’ for what works and what can improve a song. He has a contagious enthusiasm and energy when performing and is a great guy to have on the team.
