He writes: “Growing up in Lebanon during the civil war years conditioned me to feel unsafe by default – wanting protection and a safe haven for myself and my loved ones. And being a father amplifies that urge even more. Writing music helps me process these types of feelings, and this new piece, released today, is part of that journey.
